Authenticity is at the core of what I do. I love using humour where possible, because laughter has been proven to help people learn and remember, and who doesn’t need a little more laughter in a day? But I’m not shy about the hard stuff either. I believe in being vulnerable, relatable and human in sharing my life experiences. I aim to educate, empower, and to remind people that our similarities outweigh our differences.
