How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times will vary based on your location, and can take, on average, 3-4 business days for US orders and 5-15 business days for Canadian and international orders. These shipping times may be longer due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped, please refer to the tracking for the most up-to-date information.

Will I be charged custom fees?

Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees depending on the order value and the destination country. This fee is assessed by your local customs office and is not within our control. Customs policies vary by country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply customs duties to your purchases.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. Please contact us with any questions about your tracking or shipment.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Check with your local post office as they may be holding the package.

  • Check with your neighbours in case your package was left with them.

Please note: we are not responsible for missing or delayed packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.

If your address is incorrect, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

I received an incorrect or damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. So we can quickly assist you, please reply to your order confirmation e-mail with a description of the problem and photos of the damages within 14 days of receiving your order.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know! At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please refer to the size charts on each product page.
